Our Comfort Memberships include many important items. To maintain your system, and to help ensure a comfortable and dependable climate, every few months tasks like, replace the filter, clean the condenser, tighten electrical connections and inspect the air conditioner’s condensate drain need to be completed. For best performance, we also lubricate the moving parts of the system if needed, clean the air conditioner’s blower, check the air conditioner for refrigerant leaks, verify that the heat exchanger does not leak and inspect the heater’s fuel lines for faulty gas or oil connections. We also check the operation and the efficiency of your unit and make any needed adjustments so it is performing at its best. These inspections also allow for us to identify small problems and address them before they become large in the middle of the night problems.
